Amy is one of the most inspirational young women I have ever met. Twice a week, she bicycles six miles or so down the Pacific Coast Highway, delivering the shares to her twn CSA families. She does almost 100% of her work manually, using only a single-burner propane torch for weeding. No petroleum products at all. She's just a luminous person.
