This cookbook sounds great; I've just put it on hold at my local library!

This book looks intriguing.

His first cookbook, Indian Home Cooking, is a winner. I bought it a few years ago on the recommendation of one of the staff at the cookbooks only bookshop on 3rd Street in Los Angeles. I was a bit skeptical until I started cooking from it. Clear instructions, relatively simple preparations, a diversity of flavors (and some beautiful photos).
